- Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Fixed Equipment Bid Security Amount of 2000 Birr Bidders can purchase a tender document by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 / one hundred Birr / from the date of publication of the tender documents in the newspaper at the Finance Office , 3rd Floor , Office No. 14 . Any bidder must provide a sample of the item being bid . If they are unable to provide a sample , they must provide descriptive specifications or a high - quality photo of the item . Original and photocopy of the price for which the bidders are competing should be in a separately sealed envelope with the name of the company , stamp , telephone number and signature . Mentioning the type of item they are bidding for, they should submit it in the box provided for the auction at Office No. 14 during working hours for 10 working days from the date of publication of the newspaper .
