- Tenders are invited for Supply of Employees Working Clothes to the Fiscal Year 2022 Bids opening date: opened on the next day of the bid closed at 10:00 AM Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) ETB Interested bidders can obtain the complete bid documents from RESCO Finance Department Cashier's office upon submission of a copy of renewed trade license for Ethiopian fiscal year of 2014, for the supply of Employees' Working clothes. . A complete set of bidding documents may be collected by the bidder at working hours Monday through Friday, morning 8:30 AM to 12:00 AM and afternoon from 1:30PM to 5:00 PM up on payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Only) from RESCO Finance Department Cashier's Office. All bids proposal should be submitted along with bid bond/CPO Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the name of “Ries Engineering Share Company". The technical and financial bid documents must be deposited sparely in the wax-sealed and stamped envelopes in person on or before the tenth working days of the 2nd announcement during working hours until 5:00 P.M. . All bids must be deposited in sealed and dedicated tender box placed in the office of Facility and General Service prepared for this purpose. The bid will be opened on the next day of the bid closed at 10:00 AM in the Worker's Club in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who are interested to attend the bid opening. Bid must be accompanied by a copy of renewed Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Registration Certificate, Competency Certificate, and a bid in the form of C.P.O. is a must. Bid bond in any other form shall not be accepted. Bid are expected to accompany their work experience, other testimonial letters, sample of the working clothes with their bid proposal in high quality material, workmanship and compatible with our request. Bidders must have a garment factory, the winner supplier shall submit 10% of the awarded amount in the form of Performance Bond Guarantee. RESCO reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid and to annul the bidding process.
