- Tenders are invited for Supply of Equipment for the GIS Database to ERA and Regional Rural Road Agencies 1. Bidders who are interested to participate in the bidding process must be registered on the e-GP System WWW.PPa.gov.et e-GP Portal. For Unregistered Suppliers, Please follow the One-Off Sign-Up and registration process as indicated on the portals. Get Started Link (https://egp.ppa.gov.et/egp/home/getting-startedand upon presentation of renewed Trade License, its Tax clearance certificate valid at the submission of bids & which allows the bidder to participate in public tenders, VAT registration certificate with taxpayer registration certificate. 2. This invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provisions indicated in the bidding document. The bidding document is prepared in the English Language. 3. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 100.000.00 ETB (One Hundred Thousand Birr only) or in another freely convertible currency of an equivalent amount. The Bid Security should be either in a form of a Cashier's cheque of certified cheque Letter of Credit or Bank Guarantee or cash deposited against receipt. Bid securities in the form of an Insurance bond or in any form other than these shall not be acceptable. The Ethiopian Roads Administration reserves its right, to reject any or all bids. Bids will be closed on February 02, 2023, at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:15 AM Online on the E-GP System.
