- Tenders are invited for Supply, Fix, and Commissioning Hall Conference System and Electrical Power Installation at Adama Town Galma Abba Gada Conference Hall Oromia. Bid closing date: 22nd calendar day's starting from the official announcement 10:00AM Bid opening date: 22nd calendar day's starting from the official announcement at 10:30 AM (04:30 am local time) Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 500,000 Birr. To all Electromechanical Contractors of Grade Four (EMC-4) and above with renewed licenses valid for the current year (2015) Oromia Urban Development & Housing Bureau has secured a budget for Supply, Fix, and Commissioning Hall Conference System and Electrical Power Installation at Adama Town Galma Abba Gada Conference Hall Oromia. Urban Development & Housing Bureau now invite wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders who are interested and capable to allocate their sufficient resource works stated above which can be completed within a maximum of 120 calendar days. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a WRITTEN APPLICATION INDICATING THE PROJECT, VAT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, RENEWED CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCY OF ELECTROMECHANICAL FROM ETHIOPIAN ENERGY AUTHORITY OR FROM LEGAL BODY, RENEWED TRADE LICENSE, VALID TAX CLEARANCE during the period of bid validity and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500.00 (Five hundred birr) only in cash starting from the first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office hours through Monday to Friday. Bids must be delivered to the address stated below before 10:00 AM on the 22nd calendar day's starting from the official announcement of the bid in the newspaper. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 500,000 (Five hundred thousand birr) which is valid for the period of bid security validity days starting from the bid opening date. The Bid security shall be payable on demand to the employer and must be Certified Payment Order CPO. The sealed envelopes containing one original and two copies of Financial and Technical offer documents along with the bid security as indicated in the bidding documents must be hand delivered to Oromia Urban Development & Housing Bureau, 4th floor, left-wing, Director of Purchasing, Finance and Property Administration Bids and Bid security of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the bid opening in the Finance Directorate Office of OUDHB 4th floor at 10:30 AM (04:30 am local time).
