Tenders are invited for Supply & Fix (Install) Lead Door at Cancer Centre Bid opening date: 16th day at 09:00 AM Region: Sidama Bid document price: 100 ETB Bid bond: 20,000.00 ETB Hawassa University now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply & Fix (install) Lead Door at Cancer Centre. The bidders have to present a valid License, Tax Clearance Letter, TIN registration Certificate & VAT registration certificate for a total Price above 100,000.00 Birr. Eligible bidders are required to submit Technical and Financial proposals together as originals and two copies in a separate envelope. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder at: Hawassa University Procurement & Property Management Directorate, Tel 046 221 2647/046 221 2126 Fax 046 220 5163 P.O.Box 5 Hawassa against a nonrefundable Birr 100.00 (one Hundred birr). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee or Letter of Credit or Cash of amount Birr 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand). Bid documents must be delivered to Hawassa University on the 15th day of the announcement floated & if it becomes weekend/Holyday it will be the next working day till 05:00 PM. The Bid Documents will be opened on the 16th day at 09:00 AM in the bid opening hall of Hawassa University Procurement & Property Management Directorate in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening. Hawassa University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
