Bidders must submit their technical and financial Proposals in separate envelopes before or on 17/03 /2022 financial proposals will be opened for accepted technical proposals only. Bidders must issue 2% bid bond in the name of our Enterprise by CPO or by a bank guarantee counter-guaranteed by the issuing bank.
