- Tenders are invited for Supply of Four Units of 15M³ Capacity Dump Truck, One Unit of Crawler Excavator, Two Units of 4WD Double Cabin pick up Vehicles, Etc Supply of (CFR Djibouti) of Different Equipment Lot-1: Four Units of 15M³ Capacity Dump Truck (EI-No. 2132) Lot-2: One Unit of 3,000 liters Capacity Fuel Service Truck (El-No. 2133) Lot-3: One Unit of Crawler Excavator (EI-No. 2134) Lot-4: One Unit of 300HP Crawler Tractor (El-No. 2135) Lot-5: One Unit of AMBULANCE (EI-No. 2136) Lot-6: Two Units of 4WD Double Cabin pick up Vehicles (EI-No. 2137) Lot-7: 15 Units of 225 HP, 4WD Cane haulage Tractors (El-No. 2138) Lot-8: 15 Sets of Cane haulage Tandem Trailers (EI-No. 2139) Bid closing date: on the 36th day, from the first date of this Invitation at 02:00 P.M. local time Bid opening date: on the 36th day, from the first date of this Invitation at 02:30 P.M. local time ; If the 35th day is not a working day, the bid submission as well as the opening date will be the next working day at the same time and venue. Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 ETB per lot. 4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of Valid licenses, VAT registration certificate, registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance, and a Written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200.00 (ETB Two hundred) per lot. 5. Bids must be submitted to the above office; on the 36th day, from the first date of this Invitation for Bid posted on the Ethiopian Herald; time: before 02:00 P.M local time, and bid will be opened on the same date at 02:30 P.M at the same address in Room No. 205. If the 35th day is not a working day, the bid submission as well as the opening date will be the next working day at the same time and venue. Your bid must be accompanied by a bid security amount indicated in the tender document in Ethiopian Birr or Equivalent in foreign currency. Note that the bid closing and opening date & time and the bid security amount of each lot will be indicated in detail on our tender document.
