Bid closing date: Jul 03, 2023 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Jul 03, 2023 10:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 400.00 Birr Bid bond: 300,000.00 Birr Invitation to RE-Bid Tender No. ECWC-T/NCB/PG/99/2015 The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) from registered suppliers for the supply of Fuel, Oil, and Lubricant. Whereas a supplier wishes to participate in this bid but is not yet registered in the suppliers' list may apply to the relevant authority for registration. The bidding document may be purchased by interested suppliers from the office of the Local Pro- current Team against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00(birr Four hundred). This invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the pro-visions indicated in the bidder document. The bidding document is prepared in the English language. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence; i. Trading License renewed for 2015 EC; and ii. Tax Clearance Certificate indicating the bidder is allowable to participate in any public tender, iii. Vat Registration certificate and iv. Registration certificate as a supplier from the mandated public body. Bids must be delivered or deposited in the Tender Box available at the office of the Foreign Procurement Team before the closing date and time on, July 03/2023 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on, July 03/2023 at 10:30 AM in the Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation, Procurement Department Conference Room in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security; the amount of the Bid Proposal security shall be 300,000.00 (Birr Three Hundred Thousand). The bid security should be either in the form of Cert Payment Order (CPO) and Bank Guarantee in the name of Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation Bid bond in the form of insurance bond or in any other form shall not be accepted. The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation reserves its rights to reject any or all bids.
