Tenders are invited for Supply of Fuel, Oil Lubricants and Services Attached to Goods Supplied (Under Packages Listed) Respectively. Bids opening date: Dec 17, 2021 10:30 AM Bid document price: 200.00 Birr Bid bond: 200,000.00 Birr Eligible bidders are fulfilling the following criteria shall be participated in the bid. The bid documents shall be obtained from the Enterprise Head office at Megenagna 24 Area, Kokeb Building 3rd Floor Office No. 17 Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 Pm and Saturday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 Am against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred) during office hours. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond (security) Birr 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Ethiopian Birr) in the form of unconditional Bank guarantee or CPO or in Cash submitted to Anbessa City Bus Service Enterprise and attach a copy of the slip with envelope. Bid documents shall be submitted in to two sealed separate envelopes i.e. Technical Original and copy and Financial original and copy proposal. Bid bond (bid security), renewed trade license, VAT Certificates, Custom Clearance, and other related documents shall be submitted within technical and financial proposal envelope. All bid documents must be submitted in the tender box on or before December, 17/2021, and closed at 10:00 Am at Head Office Megenagna 24 Area, Kokeb Blg 3rd Floor Office No. 16. The bid will be opened on the same date at 10:30 Am in presence of interested bidders or their representatives. The late arrival bid document shall not be accepted. The Enterprise has the right to accept or reject partial or total bids.
