- Tenders are invited for Supply of Furniture (Managerial Chairs, Office Table Desk, Task Chair, Guest Chair, Group Table, Office Table Desk, Coffee Table, Safe Box, etc.,)(Lot 1) Electronics and Accessories (Hard Disk, Camera, Copier, Dust Blower, etc).(Lot 2) Stationary & Office Supplies(Lot 3) Cleaning Materials (Lot 4) Bid documents shall be obtained commencing form July 12, 2022 from Zemen Insurance S.C Corporate resources , Bole road, Alem Building 2nd floor against payment of non-refundable fee of birr 100.00 (one hundred birr only) The bid document shall be collected during office hours Monday to Friday morning 8:00 to 12:00 AM, Afternoon 1:00-5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 to 12:00 AM. Bidders should present copy of renewed trade license, Tax clearance certificate and vat registration certificate. Bid proposal shall be accompanied by the bid bond in the amount Br 10,000.00 (ten thousand) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O). All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Zemen Insurance S.C. corporate resources during office hours on/before 20 July 2022at the place mentioned under number 2 above. Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and /or their legal agents who wish to attend on 20 July 2022 at 10:30 AM at Zemen Insurance S.C HQ. 2nd floor management hall.
