Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply the Gelan Port and Terminal Branch Office Maintenance of the G+3 Office Building VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority. (Domestic Bidders shall provide a VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority in case of a contract value of Birr 100,000.00 and above) Valid Tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority (domestic bidder only) Financial statements certified by an independent auditor, Supplier list registration certificate registration on web site of EPRDF Procurement Agency. Bidders must obtain registration for category GC-6/BC-5 and above with a valid license for the year 2015 E.C. The amount of the Bid security/bond is not less than 2% of the total price. If the amount of bid security exceeds 500,000 ETB, the bidder shall reduce it to 500,000 (five hundred thousand ETB). The type of bid security shall be in the form of a CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee from any recognized bank in Ethiopia. This shall be remained valid for a period of 45 days +28-73 and shall seal in a separate envelope. The interested Bidder can purchase the bidding document from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise which is located on the 3rd floor of the New Building (finance section) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 250.00 (Two hundred Fifty Ethiopian Birr) or equivalent currency.
