Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Generator Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 2% A complete bid document may be obtained from Office Room No. 17 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 [Two Hundred Birr only] within 15 consecutive days of this announcement. Bidders shall include in their bid; currently renewed Trade license and VAT registration certificate. Bidders shall also include the letter from tax agency to participate in bidding. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the total price in the form of Bank certified (CPO) or not less than a 6-month unconditional Back guarantee. The bid security must be packed with a wax-sealed financial documents. Bidders shall submit financial proposal original & copy separately in wax sealed envelopes and also Technical proposals: original & copy separately in wax sealed envelope for the above office on July 5, 2021, in the afternoon from 8:30 O'clock up to 11:00 O'clock local time. The bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders for their legal representatives on July 6, 2021, in the morning at 3:30 O'clock local time in the Enterprise's office No. 17. [If this day becomes a holiday or weekend, the opening will be the next day.
