- Tenders are invited for Supply of Gl Pipe and Fittings for Yirba Hospital Woreda: Boricha Bid document price: 500.00 ETB Bid bond: ETB 20,000 6. The Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and copies of necessary renewed licenses at least for the year with originals from Sidama National Regional State Water, Mines, and Energy Bureau at procurement, finance, and property Administration Directorate, Hawassa City, near to Hawassa City Administration head quarter upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00. 7. Bids must be delivered to the Sidama National Regional State Water, Mines and Energy Bureau procurement, finance and Property Administration Directorate, Room number 009, Hawassa City, Telephone number +251 46 212 8953 on 21st calendar days of announcement in the national newspaper at or up to 12:30 p.m and Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ their representatives who choose to attend in person at 2:30 p.m at the same date/ 21 th calendar days of announcement on the national newspaper/. If the day is on a weekend or Ethiopian holiday the bid will open the next working day. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
