- Tenders are invited for Supply of Goba - Berbere - Dolomena Quantity 4,817 Bid closing date: Apr 22, 2024 11:00 AM Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: ETB 10,000 or USD 175 Bid bond: 2% 2. Alemayehu Ketema General Contractor now invites bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary Bitumen for the above road projects 3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence: a. In the case of Ethiopian bidders, the following certificate renewed for 2016 EFY and other appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the bidder's compliance, which shall include: II. Trading License renewed for 2016 EFY: III. Tax Clearance Certificate, which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender, valid at the bid submission date: IV. VAT Registration Certificate; and V. Registration as a Supplier in the list of the mandated public body, i.e. public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA). b. Bidders other than Ethiopians: III. Business organization registration certificate or Trade License issued by the country of establishment. IV.Any standard certificate or ISO certificate. 4. Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures as specified on the table above and is open to all eligible bidders as specified and defined in the Bidding Document: 8. Bids must be delivered to the address, time, and date specified below. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% from the total amount offered by the supplier. Late bids will be rejected. One Original and one Copies of the bids have to be submitted. The Qualification information and Bid Security will be opened immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend, at the address below.
