- Tenders are invited for Supply of GPS for fleet Management, Pcs 200 Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 300.00 Birr Bid bond: 2% 3. A bid security shall be required in the name of OromiaSeed Enterprise in the form of COP or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized banks in Ethiopia. The amount of Bid security is 2% (two percent) of the total price. If the total bid security exceeds ETB 500,000.00 (Birr five hundred thousand), the bidder shall reduce the amount to ETB 500,000.00(Birr five hundred thousand). 4. The Bid document shall be obtained from Oromia Seed Enterprise head office beside of Agona Cinema Balakre Tower 4th floor office No 402 Addis Ababa upon payment of non-refundable birr 300 (three hundred birr). 5. The bid will be closed on the 17th calendar day starting from the bid announced at 2:00 pm (8:00 local time) and will be opened on 17th 2:30 pm (8:30 local time) at address mentioned in No 4 above in presence of bidders or representatives even if bidder could not be available at the specified place and time, the purchaser shall open the bid in their absence.
