Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of ICT Equipment Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders and/ or their representatives who choose to attend in person at the Clinton Health Access Initiative office at 2:15 PM on 18 Aug 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a 2% Bid Security of Bank "Casher Payment Order" in Ethiopian Birr, An unconditional Bank Guarantee, or an irrevocable Letter of Credit. All interested bidders must have renewed licenses and a bidder's registration certificate from the Government of Ethiopia Ministry of Finance and Economic Development. IFB Terms and Conditions Distribution of this document does not mean there is any commitment on the part of CHAI to engage an applicant. CHAI will not reimburse or otherwise bear any costs associated with this IFB regardless of whether the applicant is selected to implement the project. Please note that no fee is required in the submission of these quotes. All IFBs, along with any responses, are considered the property of CHAI and the proposals will not be returned to the originator. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals for the four lots (Lot-1, 2,3, and 4).
