- Supply, Implementation, and Operationalization of contact center Solution for Integrated Financial Management (IFMIS) Bid document price: birr 400.00 or USD 10.00 Bid bond: Birr 200,000.00 or USD 5,000.00 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Ministry of Finance, Procurement and property administration directorate Office No 36 , Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; Telephone 251-111574319/ 251-111402000 (Ext-1111), E-mail (mofproc@mofed.gov.et) and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given Above on an office hour 09:00AM-5:00PM Qualification's requirements include, The Bidder must have valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged, domestic bidders must registered in the Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency's suppliers list, have VAT registration, valid tax clearance certificate. Foreign Bidders must have business organization registration certificate or valid trade license issued by the country of establishment, has not been barred by any procurement agency's. In the case of a bid submitted by a joint venture (JV), the Bidder must submit the Form Data on Joint Ventures, the Agreement governing the formation of joint venture, or letter of intent to form JV, including a draft agreement .
