- Tenders are invited for Supply of Industrial Construction Material Organization for Welfare and Development in Action (OWDA) is a national non-governmental humanitarian organization and established in 1999 in jigjiga Ethiopia, serving pastorals and agro-pastoral communities in the Ethiopian Somali Regional State. ZOA and OWDA (Organization Welfare and Development in Action) secured EHF 2020 2nd Round Standard Allocation project entitled (Emergency Shelter Repair and ESNFI kits assistance to Conflict and Flood Affected IDPs and Returnees in Fafan and Nogob Zones of Somali Region) in response to the tremendous Shelter Repair and reconstruction and Emergency Shelter and Non-food Item (ES/NFI) response needs of IDPs and returned IDP communities of Garbo and Tuliguled district of Nogob and Fafan zone respectively. To contribute to enhancing the living conditions of conflict and flood-affected IDP and returnees populations through shelter solution packages ENSFI Kits and Emergency shelter repairing kits delivery to safeguard them from shelter crisis in Fafan and Nogob Zone of Somali Region. OWDA is implementing emergency repair and reconstruction part in Tuliguled Woreda with 370 HH returnees with life-saving humanitarian assistance through the provision of cluster approved in-kind ERK will be procured and transported by OWDA that will be directly distributed during implementation. This invitation is therefore is to secure competent Contractor (s) for the providing price of the Construction material.
