Tenders are invited for Supply of Information Technology (IT) Equipment Details on eligibility and other requirements for bidders are published in the detailed invitation notice and in the bidding document, both of which are available on the e-GP system and can be accessed on the website. 5. Bidders who wish to participate in the bidding process shall register on the e-GP system www.ppa.gov.et e-GP portal. For unregistered suppliers, please follow the one-off sign-up and registration process as indicated on the portal-s Get Started link (https://egp.ppa.gov.et/egp/home/getting-started). 6. Bids will be opened online, and bidders or their representatives can participate virtually through the link which will be availed. A bidder who will submit bid his proposal must share his bid opening key within 30 minutes after the bid closing time. 7. The Federal Public Procurement Service (PPS) reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids
