- Tenders are invited for Supply, Install & Commission of Solar Power Driven Submersible Pump 5. The interested bidders may purchase a complete set of Bidding Documents in English on the submission of a written application from Sidama National Regional State Water Mines & Energy Bureau, P/F/P/Ad/S/ Directorate, Hawassa City, Near to Hawassa City Administration Head Quarter, Telephone number +251-46-212 89 53 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00 or equivalent freely convertible currency for each Lot. The method of payment will be in cash against receipt 6. Bids shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of 50,000.00 Birr (Fifty Thousand) for each Lot in the form Unconditional Bank Guarantee or C.P.O., for a validity date of 90 Days. 7. Bids must be delivered to Sidama Regional State, Water Mines, and Energy Bureau Procurement finance and property administration directorate, Room number 009, Hawassa City, Telephone number +251-46-212 8953, on the 30th calendar day of announcement on the national newspaper at or before 12:30 p.m and Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/their representatives who choose to attend in person at 2:30 p.m at the same date/ 30th day of announcement on the national newspaper/. If the day lay on the weekend or Ethiopian holiday the bid will open the next working day. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
