- Tenders are invited for Supply of Install, Configure, Integrate, Commission, Training and Testing of CCTV and IP Surveillance Security System on Turnkey Basis, Biometric Finger Print Solution on Turnkey Basis Bids opening date: 31st or next day of the date of the invitation on newspaper at 10:30 AM Bid document price: 100.00 (One hundred Birr) Bid bond: 50,000,00 ETB (Fifty Thousand Birr) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Service Directorate and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday at working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM GC or 2:30 AM to 11:00 PM E.C 5A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr). The method of payment will be through bank account number 1000007971544 Addis Ababa Science and Technology University Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. The bid submission is from the date of the issue of the invitation on Newspaper, to the 31st consecutive day. When 31st day is Hold day/week end /it will be at next working day time 10:00 A.M. all bidder submitted their upon 4:00 AM after 4:00 AM Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below on the 31st or next day of the date of the invitation on newspaper at 10:30 AM Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 50,000,00 ETB (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for at least 88 days The client reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award
