Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply, Install, Works & Related Service of Passengers Lift 1 Passengers Lift with capacity of 1.0 Mt/Sec Minimum speed). 7 stops, 6 persons(480Kg), including related items & Accessories: qty 4 2 Required Spares: qty 4 3 Complete Set of tool kits: qty 2 Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 55,000 birr A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below and up on payment of a non-returnable payment of Ethiopian Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr). The deadline for bid document submission will be August 3,2021: Afternoon 2:00 PM. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting as stated in the table. Total amount of bid security could be for the bid Birr 55,000.00(fifty five Thousand Birr). Bid Security must be in the form of CPO, Bank Guarantee and Irrevocable L/C from recognized Bank of Ethiopia or in Cash or any of permitted in Public Procurement & Property Administration Directive. Insurance Bond is not acceptable. The bid security shall be attached with or in the original technical envelop. Bidders shall provide with their bid; Relevant renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, copy of registration certificate from Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA) (bidders can print their Registration Certificate from the PPPAA website) Tax Clearance letter from tax authority Bidders shall be required submitting bid documents by two envelopes containing technical Proposal Original & Copy and financial proposal Original & Copy separately. The Company /Bidder Name has to be Written on the back side of the envelopes The envelopes have to be Stamped, Properly Sealed Signed. Technical bid offers will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the Finance and Procurement Directorate office Block A 2nd floor of the Ministry August 3,2021 Afternoon at 2:30 PM.
