- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Computing Hardware Bid closing date: Nov 27, 2023 2:30 PM Bid opening date: Nov 27, 2023 3:00 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500.00 ETB Bid bond: 1,500,000.00 ETB The RFP document is for exclusive use of bidding as per the stated specifications, terms and conditions. The RFP shall not be transferred, reproduced or used for purposes other than the intended bidding. The RFP is not an offer but an invitation to receive bidders' response. No contractual obligation whatsoever shall arise from the RFP process unless and until a formal contract is signed and executed by duly authorized officers of the Bank and the bidder. The Bank shall not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such information and/or interpretation. A complete set of Request for Proposal (RFP) is available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500.00 (Five hundred Birr) at procurement and Supply Management Department 6th floor office no 604. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security total amount of Birr 1,500,000.00 from recognized banks in Ethiopia.
