- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of ICT Infrastructures for selected 10 TVET Institutions on Turnkey Basis Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MOSHE), East Africa Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration Project (EASTRIP), National Coordination Unit Telephone: +251911446582 or +251 903 184 404 and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:30 AM 12:30 AM and 1:30- 5:00 PM local time from Mon day to Friday before the deadline date and time. The bidding document in the English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 /Five Hundred Birr/ or in an easily convertible currency. The method of payment will be in cash payment order /CPO/ by the name of the Ministry. The document will be sent by e-mail or bidders can collect it in person from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, EASTRIP project office. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 5 August 2021. 10:00 A.M Local Time (Addis Ababa Time). Electronic Bidding will be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 5 August 2021, 10:30 A.M Local Time (Addis Ababa Time). All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid-Securing Declaration”.
