- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, And Commissioning of New Lifts and Removal of the Old Ones that are Planned to be Done at His Building Located at Bole Road Africa Avenue, Addis Ababa. Interested & eligible bidders must present their valid professional and trade license renewed for the current year. Interested & eligible bidders should purchase the bid document (RFP) against non-refundable payment of ETB 500 from Mega Printing PLC located at mega building, room no 103, Bole road, Africa Avenue.. Bidders shall submit separately the technical and financial proposal in a separate sealed envelope in one original and two copies. The envelopes containing the proposal should be clearly marked technical or financial as well as copy or original as per the proposal as in it. Bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 200,000.00 in CPO. The bid security should be in CPO in the name of Mega Printing Plc. The Successful bidder shall furnish unconditional performance bond equals to 10% of the total bid price from recognized local bank. Bidders shall submit & insert the sealed bid proposals into the bid box located at Mega Building, Room Number 106, Bole, Africa Avenue, Addis Ababa until 12/4/2024 at 1:00 pm in working hours. Bid will be closed at 1:00 pm on 12/4/2024 Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 1:30 PM on 12/4/2024 If any questions, please inform us in writing five days before the closing date. Mega Printing plc. reserves the right to receive or reject any or all bids.
