All Proposals must be accompanied by a Proposal Security of ETB 1,300,000.00 /ETB One Million Three Hundred Thousand/ or USD 22,000.00/USD One Hundred Thousand/ or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in the form of Bank guarantee issued from Commercial Banks. In the case of Bank guarantees issued from countries other than Ethiopian Banks, the proposal security should be counter-guaranteed by Ethiopian Commercial Banks.
