- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Coop Enterprise and Data Center Sdn Solution The complete bid must be submitted in one original, clearly marked “ORIGINAL” and one copy also, clearly marked “COPY” and each envelops shall be separately signed and wax sealed which in the event of any discrepancy between them the Original will prevail - then both of which will be submitted in an envelope sealed and clearly marked with “Bid Document for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of COOP Enterprise & Data center SDN Solution”. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the event at the bank-s V/P, Finance and Facility Management Office Bole Rwanda, Adjacent to Shoa Shopping center Rang Real Estate 9th floor on September 07, 2022 @10:00 AM (4:00 local time) A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of nonreturnable fee of Birr 300 (birr three hundred only) on Account No: ETB 1446500010001 at any Coopbank branches in cash up on presenting the bid supported by copies of renewed trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, bidders who did not obtain the bidding documents directly from the bank will be rejected during evaluation. Bid document must be delivered to Rang Real Estate 7th floor adjacent to shoa shopping center around Bole Rwanda, Office of the procurement Team, on or before September 06, 2022 until 5:00pm during office hours as specified under instruction No.1 above. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 500,00 (Birr Five hundred thousand only) for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Data Center Solution in the name of Cooperative Bank of Oromia at least valid for 120 days upon submission of the proposal in a separate envelop attached with the technical part of the bid document. Bid security in any other form is not acceptable.
