- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Configuration, and Commissioning of Enterprise Mailing System and Data Center Bid document price: ETB 200.00 Bid bond: ETB 300,000.00 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Engineering Procurement and contract management directorate procurement section room number 35 at from morning 8:30AM to 5:00 PM afternoon Qualifications requirements include: a. Financial Performance- Submission of audited balance sheets and other Financial statements - as required in the BDS Clause 17, for the last 5(five) years demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder's financial position and its prospective long-term profitability. b. The Annual Turnover-The annual turnover calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last 5 (five) years out of which is selected the peak( highest ) annual turnover must be an amount of ETB 25,000,000 (Birr Twenty five million) c. Financial Resources - The Bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet the following cash-flow requirement: ETB. 6,000,000.00 (ETB. Six million) and Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents d. Bidder must submit at least 2(two) Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the course of the past 10(ten) years with a budget of at least ETB 15,000,000 (fifteen million). 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee ETB 200.00( ETB two Hundred). The method of payment will be Cash Bids must be delivered to the address below at or on before July 5, 2021 at 2:00 pm. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below on July 5/2021. at 2:30 pm All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 300,000 (ETB three hundred thousand) in an unconditional bank guarantee The commission reserves the right to reject any bid or reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
