Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation & Configuration of Exchange Server Bid Bond Security: 10000/- 4. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase the bidding document by deposit to CBE ACC:1000391712558. Non-refundable Fee ETB 100 (One Hundred Birr Only) for each lot starting from April 3, 2023, up to May 3, 2023 5. Bids must be delivered to the address; Sidama Bank S.C. Facility & Procurement department, Head Office Building 3rd floor Mikwor Plaza, Sierra Leone Avenue in front of Global Hotel, Addis Ababa-Ethiopia on or before May 3, 2023. Up to 3:30 PM in East African Time (EAT). 7. Bid offer shall be publicly opened on May 3, 2023. up to 4:30 PM in East African Time (EAT) in the presence of bidders or official representatives Sidama Bank S.C, Liaison Office Building 3rd floor Mikwor plaza, Sera lion Avenue in front of Global Hotel, Addis Ababa-Ethiopia 8. For the winner Birr 20,000.00 for each lot shall be presented as performance security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency counter guarantee with one of eligible commercial Banks in Ethiopia at least valid for 120 days upon submission of the offer.
