- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing and Commissioning of MCU Video Conferencing solution MCU Pcs 1 MCU Service Management System Pcs 1 Recording and Streaming Server Pcs 1 Call Center for 50 Video Conferencing Sites Pcs 1 Bids opening date: 45th day of announcement of this invitation at 11:30 a.m Bid document price: 300 (three hundred) birr Bid bond: 500,000.00 (Five Hundred thousand Birr) A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 300 (three hundred birr). The method of payment will be Cash on site. All bids shall be sealed & delivered to OSTICA office at A.A, bid closing date shall be on 45th day of announcement of this invitation at 11:00 a.m in the morning and will be opened on the same date in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representative at the office of on the same date 11:30 a.m. If the bid opening date is holidays closing and opening of the bid will be on the next working day at the same time Late bidders of the bid closing time will not be accepted, Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 500,000.00(five hundred thousand) ETB in the form of certified cheque CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized bank in Ethiopia
