- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Deployment, Migration & Testing of Main Data Center and DR HCI and Other Devices Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid Bond Amount in Birr: 600,000.00 Bid closing date: Apr 18, 2024 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Apr 18, 2024 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa 1.1. A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained by interested bidders upon payment transfer of non-refundable Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) to our bank account number Hibret Bank (1031810070051016). CBE (1000316642528) and/or Awash Bank (01304115176700) and collect the document by submitting the bank payment slip to Premier Switch Solutions, Corporate Service Department, 11th Floor Hibret Bank Head Office Building, Hiber Towers, Ras Abebe Aregay Street PHONE NO: 011 557 1824, 0913 79 75 50 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. From the date: March 4, 2024, during working hours from Monday to Saturday. 1.2. Bidders should provide a copy of eligibility documents (Renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Certificate). 1.3. Bidder should submit a complete bid document to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the Bid name written on the envelope to the Corporate Service Department on or before April 18, 2024, 2:00 P.M. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. 1.4. Bid Document should be accompanied by a bid Security of Birr 400,000.00 (Birr Six hundred Thousand only) or an equal USD amount for LOT 1 and Birr 600,000.00 (Birr Four hundred Thousand only) or Equivalent USD for LOT 2. The bid bond shall be in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee and shall be valid for 120 days from the Bid opening date.
