- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation Testing, And Commissioning of Biometric Attendance Management System Bid document price: Birr 110.00 Bid bond: Birr 46,000.00 Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the biding document via https://bids.extratenders.com/bids-shop/dashenbank-sc/ to access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB110 (One Hundred Ten only) starting from May 24, 2021. Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form of CPO or Bank Guarantee. Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond amount of Birr 46,000.00(Forty-Six Thousand Birr only). The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before June 07, 2021 up to 5:00 PM. Bid opening shall be conducted in the presence of bidder(s) or legal representative(s) who choose to attend in person at the avenue of Dashen Bank, 14th floor Supply Chain Management Department, meeting hall at June 08, 2021 at 9:30 AM Morning .
