Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Training and Maintenance of the Integrated Video Conference System. Bid closing date: 16th calendar day from the announcement date at 12:00 AM Bid opening date: 16th calendar after the announcement at 2:00 PM Region: Sidama Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: 1% All Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid security amount of One percent (1%) of total bid price ETB bid security CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee. Bidders can obtain bid documents from OMO Bank (Under Formation) Head Office Procurement, Property & General Service Directorate Office at 2nd floor during office hours against payment of a non-refundable birr 200.00/Two-Hundred-Birr only/.by cash or certified check. Bidders should place their technical & financial proposals in separate wax-sealed envelopes with one original and two copies with technical softcopy and put it in the tender box reserved for this purpose on or before the 16th calendar day from the announcement date at 12:00 AM (6:00 ELT), if this day reside in non-working day, it should be brought the next working day. Bid shall be closed on the 16th calendar after the announcement of the bid on "Ethiopian Addis Zemene Magazine" at 12:00 AM, and will be opened on the same date at 2:00 PM (8:00 ELT)
