CHAI seeks to identify qualified potential service providers to update our database and work together for long term contract. Number of years of experience in the similar business Type of service availability Delivery time List of corporate clients for your company (Company Names, Current Office Address, Telephone, E-Mail, Fax) Recommendation/Support Letters from your Customers/ Clients Company Financial Situation/Audited Balance Sheet / Bank Statement for the last 3 Years.
