Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of IT Materials A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application letter to Oromia Health Bureau and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00 (Four hundred Birr only) at working hours, commencing from 14/04/2023 till 04/05/2023 [At least 15 days]. The method of payment shall be in cash. Both the technical & financial documents must be submitted to Oromia Health Bureau, Procurement & Property Administration on or before 3:00 P.M in the afternoon on 04/05/2023 G.C and must be accompanied by a security of 30,000.00 (Thirty thousand birr) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank. Late bids shall be automatically rejected, The bids shall be opened on the 8th day of the Month of 05/2023 at 3:30 PM in the Afternoon, at which time the Technical Document will be opened first, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
