- Tenders are invited for Supply of Laboratory Apparatuses & Laboratory Chemicals Bid document price: 350 birr Bid bond: 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand birr) Suppliers / International Bidders/ must assign a local agent capable of providing related Renewed Trade license, VAT Certificate, Tin Certificate and Renewed Tax Clearance Certificates. Interested eligible bidders may obtain the bidding document prepared in relation to this bid using the address given below during office hours Monday through Friday, morning 8:00 12.30 AM and afternoon 1:30-4:30 PM against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 350(Three Hundred Fifty Birr) .Bidder is required to submit a bid bond (for the single item or all item) amounting to birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) or equivalent foreign currency in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee. If the guaranty is from abroad it should be counter guaranteed by the local bank. Bids must be delivered at the address below on or before the bid closing date and time. Bids shall be closed and opened on September 30, 2021 at 2:00 PM/ in the presence of bidders and representatives EMPDE reserves the right to accepted or rejects any or all bids.
