- Tenders are invited for Supply of the Laboratory Equipment for Faculty of Material Science Bids opening date: October 26, 2021 G.C at 10:00 A. M local time Bid document price: 300 (three hundred) birr Bid bond: 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand birr) Eligible bidders should have a business license valid for the current year and a copy of the registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance and Economic cooperation and supporting letter from Inland Revenues Authority, and a VAT registration certificate. Bid documents and detailed information can be obtained from Jimma University, main Campus Procurement Administration directorate and/or from Jimma University Liaison Office in Addis Ababa, bole ABH building during office hours upon payment of a Nonrefundable fee of Birr 300 (Three hundred birr). Bidders are instructed to submit one original and one photocopy of the Qualification Information Documents, and one original and one photocopy of the Financial Bid Documents in separate Envelops. The bid bond must be attached to the Technical qualification document. Copies of documents should be photocopies of the original bid documents. Failure to do so will result in automatic rejection from a tender. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond amount of, birr 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand) furnished by certified cheque(C.P.O) issued by a domestic Bank in the name of Jimma university. The delivery place is Jimma University's main Campus store and the price should quote accordingly. Bids reply shall be put into the tender box prepared for this purpose at the Jimma University main campus, Procurement Administration directorate at Jimma Town on or before, October 26, 2021 G.Cat 10:00 A. M local time & Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the same date October 26, 2021 G.C at 10:00 A. M local time in the Jimma University Senate Hall. Any Bids received after the closing time will be automatically rejected. Jimma University reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
