Should present Authorization letter from the manufacturer or Distributor by referring our bid No.FMD/PSMT/021/2021 to supply the manufacturer product for all items found under lot 1, 2 & 3. Only Bidders who have Exchange Partner Companies certificate (MAF) are eligible to participate for lot 1,2&3 A complete set of bid documents can be obtained against payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Hundred) for each Lot from Procurement and supply management Team office, Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head office building 1st floor room No.108 The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand) for Lot 1 , Birr 80,000.00 (Eighty Thousand) for Lot 2 & Birr 95,000.00 (Ninety Five Thousand) for lot 3 separately in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee valid for 90 days.
