Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Laptop, Desktop and Other ICT Equipment. Bid closing date: Apr 14, 2022 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Apr 14, 2022 10:14 AM Region: Oromia Bid document price: Birr 300 Bid bond: Birr 100,000.00 Bid documents and detail information can be obtained from Jimma University, main Campus Procurement Administration directorate and/or from Jimma University Liaison Office in Addis Ababa, bole ABH building during office hours during office hours up on payment of a Non refundable fee of Birr 300 (three hundred birr). Bidders are instructed to submit one original and one photo copy of the Qualification Information Documents, and one original and one photo copy of the Financial Bid Documents in separate Envelope Bid bond must be attached to Technical qualification document. Copies of documents should be photo copy of the original bid documents. Failure. to do so will result in automatic rejection from tender. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond amount of birr 100,000.00 (one, hundred thousand) furnished by certified cheque (C.P.O) issued by a domestic Bank in the name of the Jimma university. The delivery place is at Jimma university main Campus store and price should quote accordingly. Bids reply shall be put into the tender box prepared for this purpose at the Jimma University main campus, Procurement Administration directorate at Jimma Town on or before, April,14/2022 G.C at 10:00 A.M local time & Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the same date April 14,2022 G.C at 10:14 A.M local time in the Emma University Senate Hall.
