- Tenders are invited for Supply of Material Requirement for Standard and Non-Standard Cutting Tool Bid closing date: Feb 16, 2024 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Feb 16, 2024 10:15 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500.00 ETB Bid bond: 2% USD OR an equivalent amount in convertible currency A complete and detail set of bidding documents prepared in English can be purchased by interested and qualified bidders at the address below (a) upon payment of a non -refundable fee Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred-Birr only). The method of payment will be in cash. The tender document will be sent by any means and have to be delivered to DEIC Supply Chain Management Office or (procurement department) 1st Floor office no 102 or 105 in the bid box available up to the deadline for the bid submission. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery of bid documents. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 A.M February 16, 2024, E.C. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Amount of 2% USD OR an equivalent amount in convertible currency in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO from certified Ethiopian bank. Bids must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Original Technical Proposal, copy Technical Proposal, original Financial Offer, copy Financial Offer and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' or legal representatives who choose to attend at the adders below at 10:15 A.M February 16, 2024, E.C
