- Tenders are invited for Supply of Medical Equipment and Related Items. A complete set of Bidding Documents that contain the detailed list and type of the items can be obtained from EPHA office, against a non-refundable payment of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security/ bid bond of ETB 10,000 (Ten thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in the name of the Ethiopian Public Health Association, which will be refunded as soon as the contract is signed with the winner. With a separate envelope or not attached to the financial offer Bidders can collect bid documents starting from the day where this notice is posted to the Ethiopian Reporter newspaper to June 02, 2023. Bids will be closed on June 02, 2023,10:00 AM and opened on the same day at 10:30 AM for lots One and Two, 11:00 Am for lot Three, and 11:30 AM for lot Four at the EPHA meeting room in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
