- Tenders are invited for Supply of Medicines that Mandatory to Conduct Technical and Financial Qualification Bid document price: 1000 birr Bid bond: 300,000 (Birr Three Hundred Thousand) Bidders must as have an appropriate/submitted business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment. Bidders participating in procurement of medicines made by means of international competitive bidding have to produce manufacturers Letter of Authorization if a Public Body requires them to do so unless they themselves are manufacturers of such Medicines, A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible International bidders from Arsi University Procurement and Property Administration Directorate with a non-refundable fee of Birr 1,000.00 (One thousand only). Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 300,000 (three hundred thousand). The bid security shall be payable on demand to the employer and must be an irrevocable letter of credit (LC), or Bank Guarantee, or a Certified Payment Order (CPO) at the bidders option. The expression of interest along with the bid security must be delivered to Arsi University Procurement and Property Administration Directorate on or before 10:00 am for the period specified in the BDS after the Bid submission deadline prescribed by the Public Body No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery
