- Tenders are invited for Supply of Medium Voltage Switchgear Spare Parts Bid document price: 115.00 Birr Bid bond: 2% Eligible Suppliers / Agents could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of their renewed licenses (Foreign Trade Auxiliary) VAT Registration Certificate, Registration Certificate Issued from the Ministry of Finance & Economic against payment of a non-refundable Birr 115.00 from the Procurement Department, Addis Ababa Beklo Bet Garad Building, 3rd Floor during working days from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bidder offer in the form of Bank Guarantee held by Supplier Name (not by local agent) which will be payable on first demand by Chemical Industry Corporation Mugher Cement Factory. Wax-sealed Bids shall be delivered to Chemical Industry Corporation Mugher Cement Factory Procurement Department, Addis Ababa office on or before December 19, 2023, at 9:30 A.M Bidders should provide one Original and one copy of "Technical" and "Financial" documents separately. Information you enter the hard currency you are competing for(Euro or Dollar or other) It must be kept clear. Bids (Technical offer) will be opened at the same date on December 19, 2023, at 10:00 A.M in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
