- Tenders are invited for Supply of Mobile Phones. All documents (Technical and Financial proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose on or before 12:00 PM (06:00 Local time) on February 22, 2022. Please note that the submitted documents will be opened by WVE Procurement committee and the technical evaluation result will be posted on WVE notice board and will be communicated to the bidders up on the completion of technical evaluation. All participant/bidders must submit bid security in the form of CPO/unconditional bank guarantee clearly written to “World Vision Ethiopia” amounting 1% of the bid offer for the valid period of 90 calendar days. The winner will be obliged to issue CPO or equivalent unconditional bank guarantee amounting 5% of the estimated contract value in favor of WVE as Performance guarantee.
