Tenders are invited for Supply of Molds and Machine 4.1 Injection Machine Mold 4.2 Pelletize Machine 4.3 Rubber Seal Machine 4.4 O-Ring Machine Bidders shall present eligibility documents such as VAT. TIN. Trade Registration Certificate, Agent letter and renewed trade license for the year 2013/14 EC with their offer. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of 2% of the total bid price (including VAT) in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO issued from domestic Ethiopian bank Interested eligible bidders shall get the bid document from AGPFT PLC (Bahir dar) office No. 02 starting from the date of announcement Posted in Ethiopian herald newspaper to 35 consecutive days in person or through company web site: www. agpipefitting technology.com or Email without any payment. The Evaluation of bid document shall be Technical 70% and financial 30% for specific lots to be stated in detail in the document. All bids shall be sealed & delivered to AGPFT ple office at bahir dar, bid closing date shall be on 35th day of announcement of this invitation at 8:00 local time and will be opened on the same date in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representative at the office of AGPFT ple Bahir dar on the same date 8:30 local time. If the bid opening date is holidays closing and opening of the bid will be on the next working day at the same time and the same venue. Late bidders after 8:00 local time of the bid closing time will not be accepted.
