- Tenders are invited for Supply of Network deployment Devices for Agaro Campus. Bids opening date: Nov 19, 2021 10:15 AM Bid document price: Birr 300.00 Bid bond: Birr 50,000.00 Eligible bidders should have a business license valid for the current year and a copy of the registration certificate from the ministry of finance and economic development and supporting letter from the Inland Revenue Authority, and a VAT registration. Bid documents and detailed information of the bid can be obtained from Jimma University, the main Campus Procurement Administration Directorate Office, and Jimma University Liaison Office Addis). Ababa during office hours upon payment of a Nonrefundable fee of Birr 300 (Three hundred Eth birr). Bidders must be accompanied by a Bid security amount of birr 50,000.00 (fifty thousand Eth, birr) for the bid furnished by a certified cheque (C.P.O) issued by a domestic Bank in the name of the Jimma university For the bid shall be submitted one "original” and two "copies" of the technical qualification information documents, and one original and two photocopies of the Financial Bid Documents in separate Envelope and for Copy of documents should be a photocopy of the original bid document. Bid bond and all eligibility /registration certificates should be found in the original technical envelope, The delivery place is at Jimma University and the price should quote accordingly, Bids replay hall be put into the tender box prepared for this purpose at Jjmma University main campus, Procurement Administration Directorate Office at Jimma, Town on or before November 19, 2021 G.C at 10:00 A.M local time (morning) submitted & bids will be opened in the presence on the same date November 19, 2021 G.C at 10:15 A.M locale time in the Jimma University Senate Hall. Any Bids received after the closing time will be automatically rejected Jimma University reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
