- Tenders are invited for Supply of Newspaper 48.8 Gram 84cm Ton 1000 Bid Security Amount 1% of the total contract price but not exceeding 500,000.00 Birr. Bid closing date: Dec 26, 2023 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Dec 26, 2023 2:15 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 300.00 Birr Bid bond: 1% of the total contract price but not exceeding 500,000.00 Birr Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from MPPPSC and collect the bidding document at the address given below at 9(a) from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm until the bid closing date. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below at 9(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300 (Three Hundred Birr). The method of payment will be in cash only. It is impossible for any bidder to quote a bid price depending on the price quoted by any other bidders. Bid must be delivered to the address below at 9(b) on or before 26/Dec/2023 at 2:00 P.M. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amount mentioned in the table above for each lot or for all-in-one security in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee or counter-guaranteed from reputable Banks in the name of Melba Printing, Publishing & Packaging S.C. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the event at the address below at 9(b) at 2:15 P.M. on 26/Dec/2023 G.C. (afternoon).
