The financial proposal shall be opened if the samples submitted by the bidder pass the technical proposal and physical inspection as per the pre-set criteria. Bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting 1% of the offer in the form of bank Guarantee or CPO valid at least three months from the date of bid submission.
