Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Equipment and Machines: Desktop Computers. Printer Laserjet Pro, Laptop Computers, Photocopy Machine, Fc-100v-2 Calculator Calculator s100 and $200, Cash Counter A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 (Two hundred birr) during office hours from Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 Am and 1:30 PM-5:30 PM from Purchase and Property Administration Section of the Association at Sodo Town and from Addis Ababa Liaison Office from the address mentioned below. The bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond of birr 10,000.00(Ten thousand birr) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for not less than 90 days from the date of bid opening. Bidders should submit their proposals in wax-sealed envelopes (i.e Technical and Financial proposals respectively) with two copies. Wax sealed bids envelope must be submitted to the address below by 4:00 pm within 15 consecutive days after the date of announcement on The Ethiopian Herald News Paper, the bid will be opened at 4:30 pm on the last working day in the presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend at the opening ceremony in Wolaita Development Association Addis Ababa Liaison Office.
