Interested bidders shall collect bid document from SOS Sahel Ethiopia's head office in the Gerji area (in front of Sunshine Apartment Building) against payment of Birr 300.00 (three hundred only) starting from 04 March 2024 during office hours. 2. Bidders shall submit bid price to SOS Sahel Ethiopia Head Office in Addis Ababa in a seal envelope until 08 March 2024 at 2:00 pm. Bidders shall also submit a CPO amount of 5% of the total bid price prepared in the name of SOS Sahel Ethiopia. Bidders shall clearly state VAT or ToT condition and delivery shall be from stock and immediate. 3. Company profile including all registration certificates and renewed licenses for the year shall be attached to the bid price. The bid price shall stay valid for minimum of ten days. 4. The bid shall be opened on 08, March 2024 at 2:30 pm in presence of bidders or their legal representative at SOS Sahel Ethiopia's head office.
